Mike Waters was the most proficient sailor

Here's a bit of a recap for Chesapeake Bay racing events in 2006. Of the 23
most prominent laser events on the Chesapeake Bay last year (not including
master's events), there was a total of 169 different competitors. 31
sailors attended 4 or more events.
Mike Waters was the most proficient sailor finishing 3rd or better in 7
events. Using a high point scoring system the top 31 sailors were:
